These new SD cards upto 90 MB/sec write and 95 MB/sec read speeds. 512 GB in a SD card, then what is the need of Hard Disks? Well, these SD cards are not quite affordable. The 512 GB and the 256 GB SD crads are priced at $800 and $400 respectively. However, as like when SanDisk launched its 128 GB SD card, none of the devices manufactured till now support these cards. So, we have to wait till either some software update is released for our devices or new devices with support for these SD cards are launched.
